On March 11th, the anniversary of ten years since the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, school lunch is a menu to support the recovery of the Tohoku region. It consists of senbei soup (local dish of Aomori), fried fish cake with sesame seeds (Miyagi), and furikake (sprinkled with bonito).
